How is this different from just hiring a personal trainer?
Most PT sessions are isolated hours. Our pathways are structured programmes with progression logic, nutrition guidance, and ongoing accountability between sessions. You're not buying an hour — you're investing in a system that adapts as you improve.
What if I can only train twice a week?
Two well-programmed sessions per week can produce remarkable results, especially for beginners and intermediates. We'll design your programme around your real schedule — not an idealised one.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
We don't prescribe rigid meal plans. Instead, we teach practical nutrition principles — portion awareness, protein targets, meal timing — that fit around your actual life. Sustainable habits beat short-term restriction every time.
What does the initial assessment involve?
A 45-minute session covering movement screening (squat, hinge, push, pull patterns), a discussion of your training history, lifestyle factors, and goals. From this, we build your personalised pathway recommendation. There's no obligation to continue after the assessment.
Can I switch pathways later?
Yes. As your fitness evolves, your pathway should too. Many members begin with Foundation Build and transition into Strength Protocol or Conditioning Circuit within a few months. We reassess and adjust at natural checkpoints.
